Braciole

When inviting people over for dinner, it is always a challenge to figure out what to feed them.  Husband and I have been making this delicious recipe for braciole (pronounced bra'zhul) for about a year now, and hoped that it would have a universal appeal (turns out, it does).  My father-in-law brought the homemade tomato sauce over, which made the dish taste just about perfect.  Of course, you can use store bought to save time.  We don't make any real changes to the recipe, but recommend that you allow plenty of time for it to cook.  The meat can be tough if removed from the oven too soon.  Giada deLaurentiis has a great short video showing how to make this step by step.  Enjoy!

Hi, I'm Erin. I am living back on the east coast after 15 years out west. Currently readjusting to humidity and mosquitos. I love to take pictures and read fashion magazines.... and to talk about nothing in particular (ok, and my dogs).
