If at first you don't succeed,
Try, try, try again

Here is a recap of my goals and resolutions for June:
1) Become more active in the blogging community: I mostly failed at this one. I tried to keep up with all of the bogs I follow, but wasn't able to read/comment as actively I as I would have liked to. This resolution is going to be pushed forward to July so I can take a second stab at it.
2) Tweak thine blog: Jenn over at Munchkin Land Designs did an amazing job with this. Most notably, she widened my columns so I could post bigger pictures and added some new pages for me on left hand side of my blog (Recipes, Books, and Thing To Do In San Francisco). Thanks Jenn, for all of your hard work!
3) Continue With Meatball's Recovery: We are now 8 weeks into his recovery, and Meatball had his discharge appointment yesterday. Unfortunately, he still needs three more weeks of rest to be full healed (but so far, so good). This means by the time I do my August resolutions post, he should be back to the world of taking long walks and dips in the creek. We cannot wait. I will be bringing this goal with my into the next month too.
I am also continuing to practice my resolutions from May: drinking more water, going to bed earlier, and eating breakfast. They are continuing to make a very positive impact on my life. I am not making any new resoultions this month, since I am still working on last month's (wish me luck). Feel free to post any advice below, regarding how you stay active in the blogging world.
Finally, this is how sweet Petunia cares for her recovering bulldog. She really misses having him as a playmate.

I hope Meatball gets back to his regular activities soon. I can't imagine how tough that is for all of you.

Omg, those pictures are so adorable! Especially the last one. I just started reading the same book too ( thanks to you!). I'm loving it!
Aw, I love that Petunia is like his own personal nurse. Good job on the goals! I think it's good to continue them into July.
Wonderful, adorable photos of Petunia with Meatball. This is so sweet.
Awww, how sweet. I'm going to try and drink more water and eat breakfast too - it's harder than I originally thought it would be
Oh my goodness, how sweet are your puppies! I hope Meatball continues to recover and good luck with your resolutions!
Awww your puppies just melt my heart. So cute.
Good job with your goals for June. I know it's so hard to keep up with blogs, both writing and commenting. I always feel the same way.
